A case study on Structure, Surface, Material, Patina and the Human Experience

case three is a devotion to the intentional use, curation and finishing of unique and long lasting materials - creating objects that both reshape and highlight the initial features of the certain material.

This case explores the tactile, raw and imperfect aspects of the human experience, through the typology of materials, surfaces and the way time and external factors can shape them.

A case study on Ordinary, the Essential and Simplicity

we release, not in collections, but in cases.

Each case is following a specific idea or aesthetic from an interdiscilinary perspective on materials, product, art and design.

For this collection, we reimagined everyday essentials, using raw materials, such as stainless steel, chrome leather, raw denim and durable outdoor garmets. We wanted to develop products that are designed to be universally applicable through their simplicity.

The process of creating this collection was shaped by the idea of focusing on the essentials in order to ensure quality in every detail. A precise uncovering of the essence hidden in every material, every form and every thought.

Although following a clear design language, essentialism does not equal minimalism.Essence may lay in the reduction, yet it can also be playful, complex or even absurd, as long as it is driven by an authentic idea.
